1) What are the wrappers for sweets/ napkin holders / fabric flowers made of?
All our products are made of fabric (cotton, jacquard, shantung, ecomesh).
2) How do I choose the colors of the wrappers/napkin holders/decorative flowers?
The available colors are listed in the product options. If the color is not listed, select the color as "define by email" and use the Color Table available in the photo gallery to send the reference number to [email protected].
3) The color I need is not listed, what do I do?
Do not worry! Select the color as "define by email" and send a reference photo to [email protected]. We will look for the fabric options available from our suppliers and will return for your approval, before starting the production.
4) How do I pay for my order at the online store?
The payment can be made by the Paypal with Credit Card up to 2x without interest.
5) What is the delivery time for my order?
The standard manufacturing lead time is 15 days (after confirmation of payment). The deadline for delivery will be 15 days plus shipment time. The deadline you see in the checkout already considers the manufacturing time, so this date is the actual delivarey estimated date.

7) I need fewer wrappers, how do I do it?

8) How about Customs and import taxes to my country from Brazil?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
9) How many wrappers do I need for my ocasion?
We recommend 1 wrapper for each sweet, but you can buy the required quantity only for the sweets that will be used in the decoration of the sweet table.
